Certificate of Insurance (COI)

Property managers, commercial office buildings, and medical facilities often require a Certificate of Insurance naming them as additional insured before we begin service. We provide COIs within 24 business hours of request at no charge.

To request a COI, email info@lauramaidservices.com with:

• Your full business name and address
• The specific language or additional-insured clause required
• Service start date
• Any property-manager endorsements needed

Background Check Policy

Every Laura Maid Services team member completes a full Checkr-compliant background screen before their first client visit. That includes county and federal criminal records, national sex-offender registry, and identity verification. All team members are direct W-2 employees, not 1099 contractors — which means consistent training, consistent quality, and consistent accountability.
